Shipping & Returns

Shipping
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within two business days after your order is placed. Coffee orders may take up to six business days to process. The orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.  Rates vary based on weight and shipping location.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders may be picked up at our office to save on shipping costs
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.) 


Returns
Please email us with your order number and the problems with the order. We will do what we can to correct your order.  You must report any items damaged during shipment within 5 business days after receiving order, to be eligible for exchange or credit.

Returns of unused / unopened products within 15 days are accepted after approval by email. Return freight is paid by the customer.

Upon receipt of the unused product, we will issue a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your order.
